Gardener
Full-Time or Part-Time, Permanent (FTE by negotiation)
We are seeking a patient, creative grounds person to join our Facilities team. The candidate will understand that the presentation of the school grounds and gardens creates a vital and visual first impression of the school on arrival, reflecting our commitment to creating a welcoming and nurturing environment. Well-maintained lawns, blooming flower beds and thoughtfully designed green spaces enhance not only aesthetic appeal but conveys a sense of pride and care. These elements can significantly influence people’s perceptions, showcasing the school’s dedication to providing a holistic and enriching educational experience.
Selection Criteria
- Previous experience in maintaining grounds and gardens
- Current Working with Children Check (WWC)
- Current national coordinated criminal history check (NCCHC)
- Hold a relevant trade qualification (desirable)
- Understanding of Australian native plants (desirable)
